The Krakow Old Town is an original medieval town that survived World War 2 unscathed. There is much to appreciate about the Old Town, but it is badly neglected and in need of a lot of maintenance. While public buildings were seen to be repaired and in good order, there is much neglect amongst the old buildings in the residential areas of the town.
We took a walking tour through the Jewish quarter, and found much that needs some attention before it is beyond repair.
