The weather was fine on Monday afternoon, so it seemed like a perfect time for going out for a canal cruise. We chose a company that operates smaller electric powered open boats to make the most of the fine day, as we imagined the view would be better in the open boat. Our guide was very informative, and it gave us some understanding of the history and growth of the city, and what to look for as we walked around for the remainder of our stay. It felt good to be back on the water.
