Our documents are ready. Border Force have all of our Australian documents completed. Our Indonesian visas have been obtained. We clear out from Gove on Friday morning, October 4 2024. Beforehand, we will fill our water tanks here in the harbour, and make a quick shopping trip in to nearby Nhulunbuy tomorrow night.

Border Force will allow us to anchor out at Cape Wessel in the bay and get a good sleep before the 270NM hop to Palua Enu on the Indonesian side (the first blue circle on the route below).

From there, the route on the chart has been chosen to avoid the offshore reefs and hazards on our way to visit Immigrassi in the port city of Tual on the Kai Islands.
