There aren’t many tourists here. We see a couple of traditional Phinisi tourist boats each day, but they carry only a handful of visitors. We went to the lagoon late in the afternoon, and there was a boat of maybe 20 leaving as we arrived. Yes, it is pretty remote here

Extraordinary area to visit & how good is it to have other yachties around. Do you have to raft up in your anchorage? Fantastic photos, keep up the great blog.

Magic place! Fantastic photos. Great that you have some company. Do you intend to travel in company for a while?
The stairs looked steep and a bit agricultural, but must have done the job by the looks of the refreshing return swim.

The stairs were getting a little old, with broken and missing boards in a couple of places. But with such a vista (and the inability to access land elsewhere) it was worth ignoring the low and wobbly handrails around the viewing platform in order to capture this memory.
